LineRenderer twisted

Question

Hi folks. I have a strange problem with LineRenderer in Unity. In fact I use it in a script to create a bounce on the walls and objects. In this project these lines are twisted when surface is lower than 90 degrees. I have read many post about this problem, but without clear explaination. Did you know a method to create these bounces with LineRenderer all straight?

Thank you for your answer ++

Yes, this problem has been around forever and unity refuses to use fix it. The issue is because of billboarding. You can either use ngui, procedural mesh or gl.lines. If you want a headstart on procedural mesh lines, I have a procedural line mesh script in the scripts section. It doesn't twist but it does pinch. You'll have to fix that by compensating the placement of the corner vert based on direction.

I though about this alternative, but it seems to me be a nonsense. I will try.
