Problem with Spawning

Question

Hey guys, for some reason when spawning my enemies everything works fine but when the script comes to the wave that is supposed to spawn a medium or hard enemy nothing happens. I even tried setting up booleans to check to see if the if statements were even getting called and the booleans never turned to false when they were supposed to. Anyways if you can help that would be great.

This code seems to me logical... I would do like this :
Try a simple Debug.Log (WaveNumber); to see incrementation of this value for each enemies wave.
If you don't see this incrementation, problem finds his cause ++

Now something even weirder is happening, this doesn't work but waveMed gets set to true but the enemies never spawn in.

But when I try to debug it to see if the function is getting called the enemies just keep spawning nonstop and the waves also start to increase nonstop.
