FPS weapons Script

Question

Hi, i have a fps weapons script working, but i am using real projectiles that use a script to keep them form going through objects. this works fine mostly on my computer with only one weapon going. i am wondering if this could be bad with up to 50 players on one map. Should i go back to raycasting instead? it is less fun but way more effectent.

Most likely it will bog down quite a bit. When using actual projectiles it's not bad when there's 10 to 15 but anymore you get over clutter. I use highlighting effects alot that look like shooting but it's really no projectile, except grenade launches, rockets, etc... you could try it but keep an eye on your settings and make sure nothing stays in your game long like ragdolls, fire, audio, etc...
