So i was really looking into my ai scripting and i found that i really couldn't work out for the life of me how to make it work, so i had an idea about waypoints. So if i made aload of empty game objects called 'Waypoint' and placed them around the map then the ai could follow them to get to the player which is already a variable (target = findobjectwithtag) So how would i go about making the ai follow these waypoints to get towards the target? like finding the nearest one and going there and then finding the next nearest one and going there with a defined speed? Hope somebody knows how to do this (:
