как можно сделать чтоб дырки  от пуль оставались на стекле

Just put a texture that looks like the glass is broken. And in the weapon script: put some lines of tags saying if it hits the tag called glass it should then instantiate this texture/prefab of a broken glass there. To make it remain just remove the "Destroy After" script (i assume you're using fps kit). Hope it hhelped bro :)
