I don't recommend putting tilt angle too high. I put it at around 5-10. Because no one in real life will be bending their arms like that unless if you want your character to do that. (not saying that your game has to be realistic)

I'm new at Unity and all that fancy stuff. And I love this script!

One problem.

When I apply it to the gun and press play, the gun goes into the air. As in it rotates up.

Any help?

When I change the Smooth Rotation to a negative it eliminates the sway rotation and just gives me a lame sway from the muzzle of my gun. Is there anyway to stop the weird backwards glitch other than a negative number?

It's  just a script in order to displace your weapon...

Put this script on your GO weapon then define variables and it works like a charm.

For the best result, use the same values which has been used by bxBoy15. Do you understand ?

But I understand nothing more I learned was to improve myself and it's worse!

Whenever people put the scripts I copy / paste I put them on my character or weapons depending on the script and it's nothing !!!

I just reopen the project and my movement script does not work anymore as he walked just before ... so hard to move a capsule and make him turn the camera ....

for everyone that said it doesnt work or it do weird things, this should help you (or maybe not) ... try make it more "Layered"...
for example create empty game object and then make your weapon model children of that object and put this script in that empty object

> Empty object   --> You can call this as you want (eg, M4A1) and put this script on this object
   > Weapon Model  --> This is your basic weapon model

Cant explain this better, hope you will understand me :d good luck :)

Try putting this on your camera, fiddle with the values, and look back and forward quickly. You get some neat and interesting results!!
