I import the FPSKIT in a free project in two versions of Unity, 2018.x and 2017.x but at two, happining the same problem.

You must OPEN, not import project.
Watch tutorial again and do exactly like i did in video.

sorry but i rellay dont know waht the cause .. maybe try to ask OMA or wait until someone can tell to you some workaround

You can ignore all these warnings.
And these 2 errors (socket and connection) has nothing to do with FPS Kit.

 

From where do you get nullrefernece errors, if in screenshot you have empty scene?
And how the hell you lost references on player...

 

Maybe you can record video?

Remembering that despite having some folders already listed as "AU FPS KIT",

this one I opened on the recording was a new folder, it was not opened before on Unity,

during the recording I left to extract to my work area to certify this.
