How to save game objects on Unity Multiplayer FPS Game?

Hello guys! I am beginner to Unity3D and I am building a 3D FPS Multiplayer Game! My problem is...

I want to create a shop that player can buy weapons! But next time that he plays the game weapon is gone!

SO, HOW CAN I SAVE A PURCHASED WEAPON (i would prefer to tell me via PlayerPrefs)

In multiplayer games such info must be saved in database (under players id or name). Playerprefs are not safe.
When you buy weapon, you can save in prefs like this:
PlayerPrefs.SetInt("shotgun", (int)1);
Next time when you start game you can check value of playerpref "shotgun" (or if playerprefs has key "shotgun" ) and if so then you know that weapon is already purchased. Then disable UI, or remove from list.
