Custom Photon Network scene manager

While I was developing the voting system for my kit I was facing an issue in the default Photon scene sync: If you reload the currently active scene (For example to change the game options, such as changing the game mode and completely cleaning the scene), it would only do that on the Master Client. My solution fixes that. I thought others might have the same problem so I figured I'd share my solution I created for the FPS Kit I am working on.

Usage: Put it on a unique object that has only this script on it. It should be in the Main Menu or any other scene that is at least visited once before you want to load a synced scene.
