Adding damage to an object.

Question

Can anybody help me with a simple script where, a object, for example the ball prefab, by the force of throw * the inical damage it applies damage to the enemy.

It would be really apriciated :)

If i think about it i would say make it like.. timer the time u hold ur mousekey when ur loading a throw force bar and once u release it, it throws the object (of course) but has the loading time (mouse key holding time) with it and if the 2 colliders touch and if the object beside the object that has been thrown is a damage reciever it gets a certain ammount of damage that fits with the ammount of time that the key has been held. Maybe you allready thought of this but if so you shouldv checked the unity scripting references and search arround cus it shouldnt be that hard ^^ especialy with a throwing script allready built in the fps kit ;)
