  1. I have this script from @MadWolfGames. He made this script in Unity 2018, when I imported it into my Unity 4.7.2f1 then I got some error so I fixed it. But then after its not working. Neither scope texture is drawing nor player can reload even ammo = 0. Ammo goes in -(negative) whenever I try to shoot after 0 bullets it doesnot reload. Below is code here: I hope you understand. He'd already done lot for me and now I don't want him to disturb.   2. Dear community, we (2 guys) are a little tagteam of students from germany and are working with Adobe CC ( Illustrator, Photoshop etc.), FL-Studio, Blender, Unity and Visual C#. We made a little project, which could be useful for some developers. It's an 'airsoftgun sniper' project. But it also can be used as a ballistic projectile sniper, you just have to change some sounds. This is my first model, and I'd like some comments on it It's a M40A5 sniper, I'm working on a 2048 x 2048 texture, which can you see on the second picture, but I'm not good with it It also has an ACOG scope, an extended mag, a bipod and a high zoom scope + everything is ready for animations, do you guys think this is worth uploading to the asset store?
  11. Hi, Im making a multiplayer FPS and have just recently added a Sniper rifle with a scope on it. This all works great, but if I spawn myself far away from any buildings/gameObjects and look at them through the sniper scope they bug out and don't render properly. I have attached an image to show what I mean. Any ideas why? NOTE: This image was cropped to fit the filesize limit for Unity Answers, but their website doesn't work for me. :/
  12. This is one of the first 3d Models I made. It's a Sniper I made using some reference pictures a user on deviantART drawed. The Texture isn't that great and I think it needs some improvement but anyways I wanted to share it with you. All textures are from cgtextures.com and most of them are edited by me.   13. Hey guys! I'm using the FPSKIT OMA made and i'd like for the AWP Sniper when it zooms in to have Thermal vision? It might be a bit hard i know but i'm trying to do a Ghillie Mission so the thermal will be a nice touch Thanks!
  14. After looking at many of the newer Unity fps games, I notice that many of the sniper rifles use an interesting way of using scopes. Instead of having a gui texture, you can actually see through the scope it self. It's hard to explain, but go take a look at DLG's No Heroes and you'll understand. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it using some sort of special shader with cube maps? If you know of a tutorial, please feel free to link it.
