  5. Hi everyone! After 3 years of no activity I just started making games again. One of my new projects is #Fast And Smart, wich is a 2D android game. Its kinda rougelike with brain training battle system. (You have a short amount of time to answer a simple math question like 3+2) As you play the game gets harder, so you learn more. About Me I would like to share with you a project that I have been working on for the past two years. As with all of us here who are passionate about gaming I wanted to create my own game ever since I started playing games. The idea of creating your own worlds and experiences that others interact with has always fascinated me. The only problem is that I do not know how to write a single line of code. But with the help of accessible engines such as Unity and a lot of research (Google, YouTube, Forums, Unity Docs, Asset Store) I was able to make this happen. There were dark times where I wanted to give up when I was unable to solve a bug or make something work the way I wanted it to work and there were those “aha!” moments that provided such a surge of excitement and motivation. It was difficult starting out as many laughed at the prospects of me making a game and looking at what other developers and professionals are making with those amazing looking games had admittedly affected my confidence knowing that I will not able to compete or my game won’t be good enough. In addition with life throwing those challenging moments that we all have to deal with at some point only added to the struggles. But with a lot of self-motivation I was able to continue and finish my project. I do have a full time job so I worked on this in the evenings and weekends. Yes I did have to sacrifice playing the latest games or watching movies and other things but the drive to complete it was far more thrilling and engaging. So Cubemetry Wars is a chaotic and fast paced arcade game where you survive endless waves that test your skills. It offers classic arcade gameplay that has been inspired by one of my favourite series Geometry Wars. I do not wish to bore you with a wall of text but if you have any questions please feel free to ask! I hope you enjoy playing the same way I enjoyed making it. There are no IAP but there are two versions. Free one does have adverts but the full one removes adverts and gives access to the level editor. I Look forward to your feedback, thoughts and comments! I am trying to make an application which can livestream a football or a cricket match directly from [hotstar](http://www.hotstar.com/) or [starsports](http://www.starsports.com/cricket/index.html) or for that matter any website which shows live sports content. On a bit of research I have come to know these video players use m3u8 encryption and when we try to access this streaming content, we are getting access denied inside the unity player. We can embed any html5 web page. Also can run youtube live streaming content however are not able to decrypt these videos. Is there any particular strategy/method that can be followed to livestream sports content into unity player? Any inputs on direction to go forward would be appreaciated.

So, within the last week a lot of stuff has happened (I got expelled from school for possesion of hydrocodone cough syrup, which is kinda crazy and hasn't fully sunk in- I lost my IB status and have to go to remedial school with no AP or honors classes... Fun). In order to gather myself back up, I wrote this little app in about 3 days (I published it on Google Play the 3rd, I think). I've been pushing out updates ever since. It's not very innovative, but it's kinda cute and is free. I'm also testing out UnityAds with it for revenue. I have to say, on Windows Phone and Amazon my apps have gotten more attention. Then again, they also take a week to process an update, and Google takes 3 hours lmao. Play Store Link Screenshots: I was also wondering if anyone knew any cheap ways of advertising, or getting word out. The app curently only has 4 downloads, even with it being free and kinda "Mass Appeal" (blocky zombie FPS cliche). I've used facebook ads before, which I guess work fine, but aren't very cheap.   15. Heya Guys, I was planning to work on my own simple game, How about a flight simulator with good graphics, arcade type mechanics ? I want it to be simple as I don't have enough time to work as a game dev, its just to sharpen my skills...and to earn some bucks. You control the ball with left/right parts of your screen. There are enemies (boxes) that want you to be fallen from the platform. They’re spawning out of the screen and falling down. I also used GUI buttons ... but when I was pressing right and left arrows ... the player was just facing in that direction ... but no move ... and about jump button ... my player jumps that many times that I press the jump button...   20. Whenever I build an apk, they fail while installing on my phone. I would try build and run, but adb is broken on Windows 8.1. I 'm trying to figure out if it's failing because I don't have api 21 and my phone is running Lollipop, or another reason. If anyone has encountered this problem/wants to test it on their phone that'd be awesome. I'll attach the built apk. Edit: my file failed while attaching even though it is only 13 mb?
