  1. Indeed that it was looking very dark,i have worked on the lighting and vegetation, you can see here.I think i will use less global fog because it makes my scene look unrealistic. https://www.dropbox.com/s/lj26t1ecuac0tfw/Untitled%20%282%29.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/uo9ypfkibuva8am/Untitled.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/3xfdt0sikmdjrz8/Untitled3.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/j3i7mideynrdpnh/Untitled5.png?dl=0
  2. Right click and "Open link in new tab" if any error shows up.
  3. These are just a few screenshots of a scene Im am working on,after Unity 5 was released i decided i would try make some scenes instead of trying to write code. This scene will have a 1000x1000 island, surrounded by water, with buildings, vegetation, rocks, particle systems and many other things. The player will be able (it is already able) to interact with the water (throw rocks in it and water will splash,or walk in it),to pick up/drag objects (rocks, crates and other small objects) and to interact with almost everything he can move, for example he needs to get to the other side but he cant because the water is too deep,so he drags the boat near him,and from here he will need to carefully drive it to the other side (hitting rocks will sink the boat). He will also be able to pick up and read notes (from a dead body for example),to light a fire,to destroy a crate and to build his own base.I know this sounds like a survival game, but it's not,I am going to release it for free for anyone who could use it.Note that most of the things will be based on physics. Here are a few screenshots of what I got so far (I haven't done alot because i was testing the scripts). https://www.dropbox.com/s/wqjm2fsi6ti0a91/Untitled.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/79h9bks2tshwxqq/Untitled2.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/p7iehebu60ld54t/Untitled3.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/v6qaltq1tjzk3ku/Untitled4.png?dl=0
  4. Would starting a new "internet life" with a completely different name help?
  5. I decided that i did too many stupid comments, posts and other things.Im not giving up Unity,i just want my account deleted.I have my reasons
  6. Is there way i can delete my account,or do I need to ask an admin to do it?Yes,im sure i want to delete it and erase everything i have done under this name on this site.If there is no way to delete my account,i want to get banned forever, blocked, kicked or erased.
  7. I saw atleast 6 guests reading my post. This can help some people it's not that useless post for very new people. When i was newbie i didn't even know what is a specular map or a bumpmap.
  8. Hi there.Im here to tell you how to get your own logo fast and easy!. 1) Get yourself a company name 2) Download Paint.NET(It's free and has special effects) 3)set up a basic scene in unity representing your company name (My comp name is Darkwinter Studios so i put a few pines, dust storm, some snow,a moonlight sky and a flare to look like a dark and cold winter night) 4)Maximize window and press Alt+PrintScreen (This will copy a pic of your desktop ) 5)Open up paint.NET and press ctrl+V (paste) After you have done these steps,it's time to add some effects.Up,right in the corner you have the "Effects" window.Play with them around until you got what you wanted look like.Hope this helps, here's what i have done:
  9. Problem solved.Looks like one setting on my videocard makes the grass look like that, anyway, until i cant find that setting, replacing shader would be a good way to solve it.
  10. Hello everyone, after thinking a bit about why does my grass look so bad,i found the solution!I created a plane and used Transparent/Cutout/Bumped Diffuse and it looks exacly like my grass, with ugly edges. When i change it to Transparent/Cutout/Soft Edge Unlit it looks like it should look, with nice and smooth edges. So,when i paint grass on my terrain and i use grass texture,it uses the Transparent/Cutout shader.Does anyone know where can i edit this shader, because if i use my asset browser it doesn't find it.If i could find it i could replace it or its code with the Soft edge unlit shader.Sorry for my bad english.
  11. Looks like it looks worse if the scene is more bright.I read on a forum that the problem might be that grass texture is too diferent from the background texture, and it can be fixed by adding a line at the edges of the grass texture.
  12. Terrain trees and 3d models all look perfect,no edges around corners. This is how my grass looks in editor: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yz8mjxiw1s8oezr/Untitled.png?dl=0 and it should look like this in playmode, but when i get into playmode it looks like this,if Im using a 3d grass mesh or texture : https://www.dropbox.com/s/7g7zfr0k2mihvq2/Untitled2.png?dl=0 .I tried every setting, changed shader, downloaded advanced terrain shaders from asset store, changed anti alias setting, texture size, texture settings, even my videocard settings, but even then my grass looks horrible.I am doing something wrong or Unity free version has such looking grass?
  13. Problem solved,my animations were not working at all but they did when i tried on other asset, victory!
  14. I tried this: http://pastebin.com/w9EcLug8 but absolutely nothing happens when i press the W key,i'm still trying to figure out what is wrong
  15. Ok,here is the pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/4nyn50XC ,and yes,i was thinking my browser is again not working well or i did read too much and i see chinese letters at first
