    Sounds of War

    Can you elaborate on the 'partnership' because all it looks like to me is that you've bought assets from Polypixel and SpeedTree (that even I could buy) and claim to have partnered with them. I don't mean to be a cynic, I absolutely love where the game is heading especially as a fellow programmer and UI designer but I'd just like some clarification over this.
  4. Thanks for the kind words I'm currently in the process of hiring an environment artist to reduce my workload (I'm currently a solo dev with a freelance 3D artist) so hopefully the aesthetic can be maintained, refined and improved as development continues.
  5. The initial Steam release will be PvE multiplayer (meaning Co-op against bots) but within the first few patches there will be a 'proper' multiplayer although not necessarily the PvP death-match type multiplayer you see in every multiplayer game.

  10. A texture artist has helped me out a long with a 3D artist and this is what they've achieved for the 'Antique' MP40 that can be found in the ruins of bunkers from the North African conquest by Germany during WWII.

There is a lot of content at the moment but I feel that if I follow the current trend that developers have adopted in which every second of gameplay is recorded then there is little for the players to actually play in the end as it would seem all too familiar. My releases at the moment have merely been snapshots of the bigger picture in order for the game to be 'fresh' when it is finally released. Whilst I would agree that post processing effects used incorrectly cuts down the potential audience, I have done rigorous testing on multiple platforms including laptops where the FPS rarely sinks below 60 even on the higher graphics settings so I don't think I have to worry too much about audience loss however I will continue to bear this in mind. Anyway, thank you for the comment!
  12. Thanks for your comment! My current problem at this stage of development when adding post processing effects is that I work on a Mac and test the build on a Windows computer where everything seems to look completely different and imbalanced. I can assure you that in the editor and on the Mac build the effects seem balanced and nothing is 'black' as it is in the video showcase.
  13. Made some major progress on some of the maps and there is now the additional fully animated MP5 in the game. **The bloom is exaggerated in this video.
